I'm sorry to see you go, but I wanted to take a minute to celebrate that we got to work together in the first place. I get it, life happens, and this isn't the conversation ANYONE wants to have.

I want you to know that you're supported and that I've totally got your back. EVEN if that means this program is no longer a fit for you.

I truly hope that you had a great experience this far, and if there is ever anything else I can help you with in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out ([email protected]).

Our little marching arts community is a small world, and my sincere passion is to leave this activity better than I found it. 

When our paths cross again, I want you to know that I'll always cherish your involvement in this mission to create a both a resource and community for the marching arts, and I'll always be forever grateful that you were a part of it.
