1. License Scope

This license grants named institution the right to:

  • Store this copyrighted work in their physical or digital library collection

  • Allow current faculty, ensemble directors, and students affiliated with the institution to use the work for educational or performance purposes

  • Reuse the piece in future semesters or seasons within the same institution

2. Usage and Access

  • The licensed materials may be stored, archived, and accessed by the institution’s music department or ensemble directors

  • Include the full title and composer name in any public performance materials

  • Report the performance of the work to relevant associations (BMI, ASCAP) 

4. Safeguarding the Work

  • Protect the integrity of the work by ensuring that access is limited to authorized faculty and students

  • Not alter or remix the composition for any other use without explicit written permission from the composer
